Fortune 100 company, health insurer Empire BlueCross, a subsidiary of Anthem Inc. (NYSE: ANTM), chose Century Hill Plaza in Latham, New York to move its employees to the brand new 150,000 square feet office building in 2019. The new building would hold roughly 1,000 of its employees and provide a more centralized location in the Capital Region just off exit 7 of I-87.
First Columbia started work on the building in April 2019 and completed the 150,000 SF structure in a quick and efficient year’s time with a completion date of May 2020. The space was move in ready for the for Empire BlueCross by June 1st.
The building features state of the art interior fit up design, high visibility on the highly traveled I-87 Northway, and space that can hold roughly 1000 employees with its own cafe and more.
