First Columbia has kicked off its second hotel within a year with Bette & Cring Companies. The hotel, located on Wolf Road Albany NY will feature a Courtyard Marriott and Residence Inn. The hotel will be managed by Delmonte Hotel Group and will feature 6-stories and 205 rooms.
The project is slated to be complete 2019.
